Last week I got a copy of Sparta USA in the mail from our friends at DC and….. Forgot about it. But never fear! I remembered/found it on my desk under the new stuff from Nau (Sorry DC, I love you, don’t stop sending us books) and immediately made time to give it a read.
With a ultra light weight, 850 fill down, a classic style and perfect fit, this down jacket is a perfect accessory for anyone. On the trails or in the city, as a shell over a hoodie or as a layer under a shell for heavy weather, the Nau Down Shirt was run though it all and passed with flying colors. Alright, so the Unleashed toy line as been around for awhile, and for most, they seem like steroid enhanced action figures(for the most part they are). They’re the sort of thing you would’ve given you left arm for growing up, and the Iron Man Unleashed figure, may just be one of the coolest ones yet. With 28 points of articulation, and looking like he just jumped off the pages of a comic book, this is Very Cool. He stands about 10 inches tall and comes with a display stand. While everyone else is talking about the movie toys, set yourself apart and make the rest of the geeks at the office red and yellow with envy. Old shell head has never looked better, just don’t let your boss catch you playing with it on company time. NC

We’ve all seen the gear that you’re supposed to be able to talk to before, but what we don’t often see is a device where it works. Well the Moshi not only works, but works well. At the time of testing, it was in a noisy store on a Saturday night, and yet when the clock heard it’s name it lit up and said hello. Simply say “Hello Moshi” followed by one of the pre programed commands and the clock tells you the time, lets you set the time, lets you set the alarm, tells you room temp and more. The best part is, this clock won’t cost you much more then a normal alarm, coming in at $49.95, this would even make a great gift if you’re on a budget. Very Cool. NC
