Last week I got a copy of Sparta USA in the mail from our friends at DC and….. Forgot about it. But never fear! I remembered/found it on my desk under the new stuff from Nau (Sorry DC, I love you, don’t stop sending us books) and immediately made time to give it a read.

So this was sneaking in a few jokes where I could. I had to insult Jawas but only because I love them; I really think the Jawas were a personal favorite species of mine in A New Hope. Not to mention the reason Luke ends up on his mission to find his sister in the first place.
Oh, and if you didn’t get last week what part Bill was going to play in this arc, for shame! Though I hope people laugh at the short round joke; that came to me right off the bat. Oh, and all kudos go to Chad for that awesome bumper sticker. I want one! Next week we get in depth with a very special Cantina scene! See you in 7! NC

Alright, so the Unleashed toy line as been around for awhile, and for most, they seem like steroid enhanced action figures(for the most part they are). They’re the sort of thing you would’ve given you left arm for growing up, and the Iron Man Unleashed figure, may just be one of the coolest ones yet. With 28 points of articulation, and looking like he just jumped off the pages of a comic book, this is Very Cool. He stands about 10 inches tall and comes with a display stand. While everyone else is talking about the movie toys, set yourself apart and make the rest of the geeks at the office red and yellow with envy. Old shell head has never looked better, just don’t let your boss catch you playing with it on company time. NC

Robert Downey Jr not only stole the show at the Academy, but he then proceeded to give us another great appearance on Jimmy’s show. The new trailer packs quite a punch, showing us at least 2 new Iron Man armors, War Machine in more detail, a shady deal being made between Justin Hammer and Whiplash, an army of Iron Men, and the (wait for it) Silver Centurion armor in suit case form!
